MY FAVOURITE POST-WORKOUT…AND BREAKFAST…AND PRE-WORKOUT…AND SNACK…
Everybody has their own protein pancake recipe, but this is my go-to simple recipe that you can make in under 10 mins and add whatever toppings/flavours you want!
Ingredients & Macros:
|1 ½ Scoops Sun Warrior Vanilla Protein||120||6||2||22|
|1 Ripe Banana||90||23||0||1|
|1 Tsp. Baking Powder||0||0||0||0|
|¼ Cup Oatmeal (dry)||75||14||2||2|
|10 Dark Chocolate Chips||52||7||3||1|
|Sea Salt Caramel Halo Top ½ serving||40||7.5||1||2.5|
|1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter||95||4||8||4|
- 1 blender or Magic Bullet
- 1 pan
- 1 spatula
Blend oatmeal to make a flour, add 1.5 scoops of protein powder, baking powder and blend together. Blend in banana, egg, and a tiny little bit of water (I like my pancakes a little thicker, so sometimes I don’t even add water). Add in chocolate chips if you choose to include.
Pour into pan and cook 2-3 mins each side. Add nice cream and/or peanut butter to finish.
Makes 2-3 medium pancakes (or one large as pictured above).
